Utterly Engaged

Utterly Engaged, the new e-zine by Eva Chiou of Red Velvet Occasions, and Lucia Dinh and Henny Setiadi of D*LSH Design, is a definite must read. Although I am a huge fan of the, dare I say old fashioned, magazine, this e-zine has an amazing layout, and wonderful tips for the budget savvy bride. Just take a look at some of the features from Issue #2.

A Worthy Pursuit

As most of you know, I have a major obsession with good photography. I visit my favorite photographers blogs almost daily, so when I came across Victor Sizemores blog, I knew I had to add it to my daily reads. I've always loved Victor's photography, and knew of it from seeing it on other blogs, but when I actually visited his website and blog on my own, I immediately became hooked and I know you will too. Written by Jillian, Amanda, and Kristina, this blog is all about simply beautiful wedding details! Their blog design is so feminine and fresh and each post is full of amazing inspiration. Whether its a real wedding, DIY details or fashion, 100 Layer Cake is sure to please!


Kiss the Groom
Developed by the incomparable Elizabeth Messina, this sweet blog is where you can find amazing photography, all by Elizabeth. Real weddings, beautiful vendors and perfect details are just some of the features you'll find at Kiss the Groom. You can also make a kissing tree to send to anyone you think might deserve a kiss.


Skog as in Vogue
Another amazing photographer, Jennifer Skog, also maintains a beautiful blog with absolutely breathtaking real weddings. If you like to look at amazing photography, this is the place!


Jasmine Star Blog
Another favorite photographer, Jasmine Star. Her blog is full of her photography of weddings, e-sessions and personal things, such as adorable shots of her dog! Jasmine is also a great writer, and following her blog is like a little journal of her life.

My all time favorite feature on this incredible blog would be the "Double Take" posts. Writer Kylie takes a room from a movie, and creates the same look for those of us on a budget, or who simply can't seem to find a particular piece from a certain set!

This inspiring home decor and fashion blog is full of beautifully decorated rooms and pure eye candy. "The name coco+kelley", says the writer of this blog, "came from two women who have greatly influenced me with a passion for design ~ the great Coco Chanel and my friend and mentor Kelley L. Moore." This is definitely a must read!

My Marrakesh


Writing from Marrakech, Morrocco, Meryam's writing style is unique and oh so fun to read. Her blog is full of eye candy galore and "the bemused tales of an American family's quest to build a guest house in Marrakech." Definitely check it out!

Girl Meets Glamour
