Color Palette: Hollywood Glamour with scarlet, white and black

I absolutely LOVE old Hollywood. Give me an old movie with a warm blanket and I'm in heaven. I have to say I actually prefer old movies over the new ones. There is just something classic and timeless about Katherine Hepburn and Cary Grant (or any old movie star for that matter!). When I decided to put a Hollywood Glamour board together, you can imagine how excited I was. What added to my excitement, was that I was able to include one of my friends in the board! My good friend Angela is on the bottom row, second from the left. The picture is of her as a bridesmaid at her brother's wedding. Doesn't she look just like an old Hollywood star getting ready to go out to a big event? I love it.

To make things even more exciting, the Los Angeles theatre that's pictured in the board is actually available to rent for events! What a perfect place for a reception with an old Hollywood theme. The inside of the theatre is completely restored and is gorgeous. Take a look at their website for more pictures of this wonderful theatre.

I found you over on "Style Me Pretty" I love the red inspired board featured here. I want to see more photos of the white feathery glittery bouquet in the center.

This is a really great board! all of the elements blend together so well. And I totally agree with you about the Katherine Hepburn thing!
